Welcome Friends!

I’m glad you’re here!

The more I’ve been willing to open up and share my lifelong struggles with family dysfunction, C-PTSD, and all the goodies that come with that tasty little combo, the more friends I come across who are on the same or a similar path of rising above it all.

So, welcome to what I like to call “Fucked Up Story Time”, kids, where the Gaslit Black Sheep, Scapegoats, and Truthtellers of the world can come together to high-five one another for our newfound freedoms, awakenings, friendships, and brand-spanking-new neuropathways.

I’m Brandy, a Gen Xer with a lifetime of stories of being all of the above, a mixed bag of tricks. I’ll be sharing about childhood (from a book I never published), wisdom I’ve gathered about family dysfunction and narcissistic relationships, and musings of culture and society, with totally inappropriate and weird humor sprinkled throughout.

Buckle up, my peeps. It’s gonna be a strange and dangerous ride. xoxo
